When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered in the estimated window stated at the time of ordering and stated on your order confirmation for Free Delivery. Free Delivery is usually 5-8 working days however this may be extended at busy times. The exact delivery window for your order will be shown in the checkout at the time of ordering and confirmed again on your order confirmation.
Can I track my order?
If you have a wall art order then this is delivered by courier, you'll get a text and/or email from them confirming your order is on its way. This will also include a tracking link.
Is your website safe to use?
Please be assured our website is completely secure. We take the security of our site very seriously, and therefore use Stripe and Paypal to process our payments which are trusted fully secure payment merchants.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60 day return policy. In the unlikely event you need to return your artwork to us, please email us at returns@artprintshop.com for our return address within 60 days of receiving your order. The return must be in its original packaging and reach us in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a refund. The return postage will be at your own expense.
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault or damage to your order, you can return all orders for a replacement. Please email us at returns@artprintshop.com with your order number, specific details and photos of the fault with your product so our customer services team can assist you with a replacement.
Will my art look like it does on my screen?
We only use high resolution printers and premium quality, genuine inks to ensure vivid colour reproduction. We do our absolute best to ensure colour correctness as much as we possibly can. However, due to the varying quality and settings on screens, minor colour variations are a possibility.
Art Print Shop does not therefore guarantee that the colours you see via your screen or device will exactly match the actual colour of the artwork you receive.
Will my artwork be high quality?
Art Print Shop prides itself on producing high quality wall art, built to last. We only use the finest materials to reproduce your art and all our products are handmade by professionals under the strictest quality control conditions.
